Means that Allah sees all things—what is visible and what is hidden, what is done openly and what is done in secret. His sight encompasses every detail, from the smallest atom to the vastest galaxy.
Allah is Al-Baseer—The All-Seeing who watches over His creation with perfect awareness and justice. He sees the intentions behind actions, the tears that fall in solitude, and the deeds done in the light or the dark. Nothing escapes His vision.
