Al-Hakam (The Judge, The Impartial Arbiter, or The One Who Decides with Justice.)
Means that Allah is the ultimate Judge who rules with absolute fairness and wisdom. He decides all matters between His creation without error or bias.
Allah is Al-Hakam—The Judge who evaluates deeds, intentions, and hearts with perfect justice. His judgment is final, true, and beyond any human dispute. He rewards the righteous and punishes wrongdoing in accordance with His perfect knowledge.
