As-Sameeʿ (The All-Hearing, The Ever-Listening, or The One Who Hears Everything.)
Means that Allah hears every sound, every whisper, every cry—whether public or private, spoken or hidden in the heart. Nothing escapes His hearing.
Allah is As-Sameeʿ—The All-Hearing who listens to every dua, every plea for help, and every word spoken in secret or in public. His hearing is perfect, constant, and unrestricted by time, place, or language. So call upon Him—He always hears.
