Al-Mudhill (The Dishonourer, The Humiliator, or The One Who Lowers in Disgrace.)

Means that Allah is the One who humiliates and disgraces those who oppose the truth, act arrogantly, or persist in wrongdoing. He removes honor from whomever He wills, according to His perfect justice.

Allah is Al-Mudhill—The Humiliator who strips the false sense of pride from tyrants, exposes hypocrisy, and brings down those who reject His guidance. His humiliation is a lesson, a warning, and a manifestation of His authority over all creation.
