Al-Mumeet

Al-Mumeet (The Creator of Death, The Taker of Life, or The One Who Causes Death.)

Means that Allah is the One who decrees death for all living beings. He ends life as part of His perfect plan and brings creation to its appointed end.

Allah is Al-Mumeet—The One who causes death with wisdom and justice. Just as He gives life, He alone has the authority to take it, and to bring it back again when He wills.
