Al-Muqtadir (The Creator of All Power, The Supremely Powerful, or The One Who Has Absolute Authority Over Everything.)

Means that Allah’s power is not only perfect but also dominant and all-encompassing. He executes His will with full control and precision over every aspect of creation.

Allah is Al-Muqtadir—The Supremely Powerful who governs the universe with authority, wisdom, and justice. His decree is final, and His command cannot be resisted.
