Means that Allah’s mercy, knowledge, and power extend beyond all limits and cover everything in the universe.

Allah is Al-Waasiʿ—The All-Encompassing whose mercy embraces all creation, whose knowledge knows no bounds, and whose provision fills the heavens and the earth without end.
