Subhanallah, walhamdulillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wallahu akbar
Glory be to Allah, all praise is for Allah, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest.

ٱلْـحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي بِنِعْمَتِهِ تَتِمُّ ٱلصَّالِحَاتُ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi bini‘matihi tatimmus-salihat
All praise is for Allah, by whose favor good deeds are completed.

ٱلْـحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي، وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي، وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi ‘afani fi jasadi, wa radda ‘alayya ruhi, wa adhina li bidhikrihi
All praise is for Allah who gave my body good health, returned my soul to me, and allowed me to remember Him.

ٱلْـحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَٰذَا، وَرَزَقَنِيهِ، مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at‘amani hadha, wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah
All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any power or strength from myself.

مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ، لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّهِ
Ma sha Allah, la quwwata illa billah
What Allah willed (has happened), there is no power except with Allah.

Dua to ask Allah to help you be grateful through actions
رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ ٱلَّتِيٓ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَٰلِحًا تَرْضَىٰهُ
Rabbi awzi‘ni an ashkura ni‘mataka allati an‘amta ‘alayya, wa ‘ala walidayya, wa an a‘mala salihan tardah
My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and to do righteous deeds that please You.
